Ftech provides digital software products delivered instantly via electronic download. As such, all sales are considered final once the product has been successfully delivered.
🔁 Refund Eligibility
We understand that technical misunderstandings or mismatches in expectations may occur. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind or user error, we may consider refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances:
- You purchased the same product more than once by mistake (duplicate transactions).
- You were unable to download the product due to a confirmed technical issue on our side.
- The product was found to be fundamentally broken or non-functional, and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 calendar days of your purchase, including your order number, email address, and a detailed explanation of the issue.

Refunds will not be issued for:

- Failure to contact support before requesting a refund

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
